Our Work

Everyone deserves the chance to build a career

For most of us, work means more than a pay cheque. It means purpose, independence, friendships, and a place in the world. Yet for autistic people and those with learning disabilities, that door remains firmly shut – not through lack of ability, but lack of the right support.

Employable exists to change that. With your help, we can open that door for many more people.

How we support each person

  • In-depth assessment Understanding what matters most and mapping the right pathway forward
  • Ready-to-work training Weeks of building confidence, social skills, and workplace readiness
  • Dedicated job-finding Finding the right employers and shaping roles that truly fit
  • Ongoing check-ins Long-term support to ensure lasting success in the role

What your donation funds

While the government’s Access to Work scheme covers some costs once someone is in post, there is almost no public funding for the specialist, personalised work we do to get people there. Your donation fills that gap.

Your donation is a direct investment in a fairer, more inclusive future.

Every contribution – whatever its size – goes straight to our job seekers. Donating is simple and secure.
